bookBored at board meetings?
Tired of begging volunteers?
Need help with strategic thinking?

These issues and more are at the center of National Jewish Book Council finalist, Inspired Jewish Leadership: Practical Approaches to Building Strong Communities by Dr. Erica Brown. The book, based on years of leadership development in the field, discusses theories of leadership, conflict management and maintaining optimism in the face of criticism. The book also contains reflective exercises and questions in the back to integrate theory into practice.
